Event Description
Sitting for long periods of time can cause serious health effects. In the post-COVID world, many of us have become sedentary in our roles, often working from home. There is less physical activity and more zoom meetings, all day long. Immobility can lead to non-communicable diseases, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, respiratory disease and diabetes. During this presentation, you will learn about the benefits of mobility, sitting posturing tips and ways for you and your co-workers to burn more calories during the work day. Wherever you are.
